The State Board of Education waived the requirement in IDAPA 08.02.03.111 for the administration of the Idaho Standard Achievement Test (ISAT) and alternate assessments for students with significant cognitive disabilities, in English Language Arts, Math, and Science, in grades 3-8 and high school for the 2019-2020 school year.
ELA/Math/Science ISAT and ELA/Math IDAA tests were disabled on Friday, March 27. Assessments that have been completed will be reset. Assessments in progress will be reset. No reports or data will be provided.
One of the pieces of Idaho's new school accountability system is a parent survey. This survey asks for your input on several topics to help measure how our schools are doing in meeting your needs.
The survey should take 5-10 minutes to complete and your responses are anonymous. You can submit your survey until March 31, 2020.
We will use these survey responses to identify opportunities to maximize satisfaction, engagement, and communication. Additionally, the state will report the results and the number of responses on Idaho's new school report card.
ACCESS for ELLs 2.0 is an English language proficiency assessment for Grades K-12. The test is administered every year to help school districts monitor the English language development of students identified as English language learners.
